Posting pictures

Thank you all again for your comments, keeps me going!

I have a question for all of you and if you can post the answer on the blog versus an email that would be great. I don't want the email to get blocked in our spam blocker while I am away.

Anyway, here is the question. How do you post a picture on the blog page in the small size, but be able to click on it to get the big size?

Someone sent me an email to tell me how to post a link on the blog without listing the whole link out. I will try that next time.

Nancy

Nancy, I don't know that there is a trick to it. I just post my picture the size you see it when you click on it. Blog spot seems to make it shrink to put in your page.
I don't know if that will be helpful or not.
Have a wonderful time on your trip.
And thank you for your sweet words on my blog.

Hi Nancy, On Wordpress, it allows you to upload the picture as "full size" or "thumbnail". It asks you this after you click on the "Upload" button. Blogger must have something similar. I usually save my pictures as full size but I bet if you saved it as a thumbnail, it would show the full size when you click on it. Hope this helps!

You talk about writing out a link. Instead click on the little photo at the top of the screen. It will open a page with picture sizes (choose small) and a browser so you can locate your picture on your computer, double click on the file when you find it which will put in the right spot on the browser without typing and then hit the button to download. It takes a long time (sometimes 20 minutes on my computer for one picture so the less jpg. you use the better). Hope this helps.
